About us
The company offers CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) service, practically the customer brings the base factory and the materials (chains, buttons etc.) and the factory starts CUTTING based on the required model, sews the product according to specific conditions and packs the products according to the request of each customer.
Based on the product that will be produced we can also give a weekly production capacity because there are products that have many parts and need necessarily more time to be produced.
Human Resources
At the moment we have 68 employees of whom 45 are in sewing and the rest are in the support departments such as THE CUTTER, CHECKING, IRON, PACKING, CLEANING.
(Potential for 20-30 other employees.)
Our services
Mainly existing sewing machines and workers specialize in medium-thick product. Mainly coats, work clothes, military clothes, but also in the product as well as trousers, skirts, dresses, jackets.
Cutting Division
The first department is the Cutting division, here the fabric is cut and climbed into the parts needed to be dropped into the sewing department. The cut is manual.
